The long-standing reality TV competition Dancing with the Stars has developed a representative as a reputation rehabilitation show that something of the original pitch of “Imagine, we have celebrities danced for our entertainment like small performing monkeys”.
The occurrence of dancing with the stars can generate large amounts of goodwill even for the most well -important celebrity. In the United States, there are controversial casting in the USA, Paula Deen, which occurred two years after taking over headlines for the use of racist unrest on the show. Pro boxer Floyd Mayweather Jr., who tried to dance his convictions of domestic violence; and Olivia Jade Giannulli from College Admissions Scandal Infamy. Even controversial political personalities tried to avert their unpopular public personas, including the former Trump employee of Trump, Sean Spicer in 2018, and Pauline Hanson in 2004. Not everyone comes up with squeaky clean, but at least a good distraction.
The reason why the stars are dancing is as effective as the Ruf -Reha in our inherent fear of dancing in public. The risk superiority that the show do – let alone well, is rewarded by a strong mix of public worship and relief.
And if dancing with the stars can do that for disgrace celebrities, it is no surprise that the audience will be wild after the success of the universally loved Robert Irwin. The 21-year-old conservationist and Scion of Australia’s family in Irwin, the Irwin family, gave his DWTS debut in the 34th season of the US series on September 16 with a performance that judges Derek Hough “the best first dance I have ever seen in the show” and achieved 15/20.
Irwin, who has more than a small Hugh-Jackman-in-Boy-from-Oz aesthetics with a Camp Sparkly Jungle-Outfit, wearing a very energetic jive for Steppenwolfs Born to be wild. He not only presented the same energy and enthusiasm with which he struggles crocodiles and rangle snakes, but he also danced very well, even though he was “never moved to music in my life” before he joined the show.

It’s almost a shame that Irwin not Do you have a scandal that he tries to let everyone forget – although the content of dancing with the stars is really incentive enough.
After his performance, he ran to the side of the stage and hugged Sister Bindi in an apparently very authentic show of the emotions. Bindi is not only another beloved and unproblematic Australian celebrity, but also won dancing with the stars in 2015. As soon as you also take into account the general good will that Australia and the world have for the Irwin family as a whole, including the tragically deceased Steve Irwin, you literally have a publicist’s Dream scenario. One could even say that Robert is only the latest person who benefits from the American obsession of Australia that started with Crocodile Dundee in the 80s. As long as it continues to correspond to the Australian Larrikin-Wrestles-Animal picture, the world will be its oyster. I do not want to imply cynically that it is wrong or staged-that the DWTS audience, after some of the desperate stories of various B-List-Gauner and Weirdos have been gripped, love such unproblematic and healthy reality TV story.
“That was not planned,” said a visibly torn Robert Irwin a reporter from Entertainment Tonight about his hug with Bindi at the end of his performance. “Bindi said” It will feel like flying ” – and now I know this feeling … it meant a lot. It was super cool.”

If that wasn’t enough, Irwin published in the run-up to the DWTS premiere that he and his four-year-old niece Grace Warrior practiced his routine, which probably blew up ovaries around the world like a number of super volcanoes.
Irwin has also hit the other important audience of a dance reality show: his latest underwear campaign for the steaming bonds has led him to the gays and other horny parties forever. Maintaining a healthy public image while pisting with a large snake in your underwear is also a delicate and sacred balancing act.
Reality shows are based on stories – the redemption form is only one of the most popular. Robert Irwin steps into the footsteps of his already famous family and decides to make a much rarer narrative: really personable and surprisingly talented. He is Australia’s good boy.
