Aaron Collins has suffered a setback of injuries at MK Dons and could be out of operation for a few months.

Collins had a frustrating start in the league -two club and suffered a broken arm during his debut against Oldham.

After his return, he met West Ham U21 in the Vertu trophy, but is now on the side of another magic.

“Unfortunately, he trained on Thursday and twisted at the beginning of the session with Aaron Nemane,” Paul Warne told MK Citizen.

“I looked harmless, but he damaged his thigh tendons, so he will look for six to eight weeks. We thought it would be longer, but we were said in other ways today, but not.

“He is a big Miss. He has his arm injury, trained a lot on his legs and also played on Tuesday so that he would be a big blow.”

In the meantime, George Thomason gave his long-awaited Wrexham debut when they won 3-2 in Norwich City.

The midfielder came from the bank for the last 15 minutes in Carrow Road and replaced Josh Windass.

Thomason got out the way with a thigh injury from the back end of the previous season after his hiker ended.

“I was delighted to make my debut,” he said to Wrexham Leader. “It feels even better to come in a game in which you win and at the end get three points.

“It was a frustrating time after I was injured very quickly after registering, but I feel good, fit and healthy, and I’m really buzzing to be back in the group.

“Fortunately, I was a player who was robust in my career. It is difficult to grasp injuries how harmless, difficult to cope with.

“I really worked hard on my rehab and did everything right, so I’m looking forward to staying fit and staying in the best form to help the group this year.”

Elsewhere, Nathan Baxter performed his first competition for Watford during her 1-0 defeat in Millwall.

Baxter was brought in the cave as a half -time replacement and did not admit in the second half, although the early goal of Camiel Negli proved to be the winner of the hosts.

“I trained very hard and felt ready,” the goalkeeper told the club. β€œIt was nice to come, but it is difficult to get out of a game in which we did not take any points.

“It’s not easy to get from the bank, but Alex and Sasha (coach) warmed me up well and prepared me.

“I’ve already come as a replacement, so it is not something that they are used to as goalkeepers. I tried to hold my head and work really hard every day.”
